Weird: New Law In UAE Forces Nursing Mothers To Breastfeed Till Their Baby Is 2 Years Old Or The Husband Will Sue

According to a new law in the United Arab Emirates, all nursing mothers must now breastfeed their children for at least two years after giving birth, or risk being sued by their husbands! And this is all because their Federal National Council believe it is the right of all children to be breastfed up to the age of two, cos it is a duty and not an option for any woman. But in a situation where a mother is unable to breastfeed for biological reasons, the state would support her by providing a wet nurse (ie a woman who breast feeds and cares for another woman's child). Ever since the law became effective, several groups supporting new parents have reacted strongly to it cos they are concerned that enacting such a law would leave mothers facing potential serious punishment.

Wande Coal Confesses To Having A 5Year Old Love Child

Hip-hop star, Oluwatobi Wande Ojosipe, better known as Wande Coal, has opened up on what has been his best kept secret saying he has a five year old son whom he affectionately called
Coal Jnr. Speaking with P.M.NEWS recently, the Black Diamond star said rather than being subjected to crude speculations by some mischievous groups, he would want to reveal the private side of him that many didn’t know. “Nobody is going to surprise me anymore. Let me then announce to the whole world that I already have a five-year old son. I had the boy since 2008 before I released my debut album,‘Mushin 2 Mo’Hits’. I have been keeping it secret ever since then but think it’s high time people should know,” Wande, who on Tuesday 28 January was unveiled as Globacom’s latest ambassador, said this is a new era in his life and would love to clear the air on many of those subjects including his controversial exit from his last label, Mavin Records, relationship with Don Jazzy and D’Banj. According to Mushin-Lagos-bred singer, there was no beef prior to his leaving Don Jazzy's label except that he just needed a move so as to grow as a musician and businessman. He said it is not true that his
reconnection with D’Banj influenced his decision to leave Don Jazzy.
“It was my desire to grow and build my own brand, Black Diamond, that made me quit Mavin Records. There is no beef at all. I would have done that when Mo’Hit crisis occurred but the love that I have for my other label mates then made me stay a while to nurture my own project. When I. was convinced it is time, then I moved." He added that it was very easy for him to leave when he left because he never signed any contractual agreement while with the label. “Everything I did with Mavin, I did it with love. There was no deal. It was strictly done with pure heart for a brother, and I stayed obedient till I left. I am happy now that things are taking shape with Black. Diamond."
On being on the same platform with D’Banj as Glo ambassadors, Wande said he is more than happy as it. provokes nostalgic feeling. “D’Banj and I were like 5 and 6 in the Mo’Hit era. He is like a big brother to me from way back. Now that he’s also a Glo ambassador, it gives me warm feeling. It makes me even more happy." The artiste who is expected to jet out of the country to shoot commercials for Glo said his second album is almost ready and will be released soon on Black Diamond imprints.

He Abandoned His Fiancee While She Was Pregnant. Now He Wants The Babies And Not Their Mother

When a lady accepts to date a man unconditionally, give you her heart, her body and soul, her time, be with you through thick and
thin especially when you are a nobody, the worst thing that man can do to her is take her for
granted. It kills us, it really is damaging. Not to talk of when she now gets pregnant for you, and
you now abandon her with the babies. Only to resurface years later to claim 'your right'!! Very
annoying! Adaobi shared this really painful story on the
internet and I would love we discuss it here. What would you do if you were in this situation,
dearies? Or what's your advice for Adaobi's aunty? Here's Adaobi's true life story: This is a war raging in my extended family now. An aunty of mine dated a guy for seven years (2005 -2011). During this period, everybody thought they will later get married, but along the line, my aunty got
pregnant, and had a set of
twins in 2011. Some months after she put to bed, the fiance left the country for Belgium. For the 3years he was away, my aunty singlehandedly trained the twins, and is still training them alone. Her parents kinda rejected her because of what she did
- having children outside wedlock.
The problem now is, the father of the twins is back, and wants custody of the children. He claimed he can't marry my aunty
because she is ibo, that he is the first son, so the parents said he has to marry an Iteskiri woman. My aunty refused to let go
off the kids. Her father said he can't have the kids unless he marries the daughter. Many suitors had come her way, but when they find out she has sons, they don't come back again. She is not getting any younger, she is 29, gainfully employed. People are asking her to release the boys
to their father so that she can marry, she refused. The matter is at welfare now. My aunty has been hiding the boys for the past
one month, the boys are in our house because the man and his family want the boys at all cost. What do you all think? She should release the boys to their father? My aunty's stand is if the man rejected her, he should as well. reject the children. Do you think she should release them

Beyonce to be studied As Course in Universities

Queen Bee has joined other celebrities including Oprah and husband Jay Z, (who has a Georgetown University sociology course named after him), who are studied in the University. The course is called Politicizing Beyonce and can be taken at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
The University’s Department of Women’s and Gender Studies will be exploring the social & cultural significance of the songstress’s music and image.
The course will allow fans to explore Beyonce’s alter ego Sasha Fierce, and debate the extent of control she has over her own image. They will also debate whether her red hot persona is an outlet of female sexual empowerment or merely complying with western gender stereotypes.
“This isn’t a course about Beyonce’s political engagement or how many times she performed during President Obama’s inauguration weekend. She certainly pushes boundaries. While other artists are simply releasing music, she’s creating a grand narrative around her life, her career, and her persona.’ Kevin Allred, the person in charge of the course at Rutgers University said

PHOTOS: See What Top TV Personality Has To Say About Clocking 60 + Check Out Her Gorgeous Cake

TV personality Oprah Winfrey turned 60 yesterday, and to celebrate, she poured her emotions and thoughts into a very heartfelt open letter.

Read letter below;
"Sixty. I'm turning 60! I'm so glad I've lived long enough to say those words and celebrate their meaning. I'm turning 60. I'm alive. Healthy. Strong.
"I'm turning 60, and—please don't take offense—I no longer have to be concerned about what anyone thinks of me! (You know, the old Am I doing it right? Am I saying it right? Am I being what or who I'm "supposed" to be?) I'm turning 60, and I've earned the right to be just as I am. I'm more secure in being myself than I've ever been.
"I am in awe of the way my journey here on earth continues to unfold. My life has been marked by miracles for as long as I can recall -- and even before. (My entire existence is the result of a onetime frolic under an oak tree.) My early days speaking in a Mississippi Methodist church -- Baptist leanings, shoutin', and Holy Ghost included -- prepared me for a future of speaking in a public arena I could never have imagined.
"And now, at 60, I simply want to share what I've been given. I want to continue to encourage as many people as I can to open their hearts to life, because if I know anything for sure, it's that opening my own heart is what has brought me my greatest success and joy.
"My highest achievement: never shutting my heart down. Even in my darkest moments -- through sexual abuse, a pregnancy at 14, lies and betrayals -- I remained faithful, hopeful, and open to seeing the best in people, regardless of whether they were showing me their worst.
"I stayed open to believing that no matter how hard the climb, there is always a way to let in a sliver of light to illuminate the path forward. We go through life discovering the truth about who we are and determining who has earned the right to share the personal space within our heart.
"This I also know for sure: God -- however you define or refer to Him, Her, or It -- is for us. The forces of nature are for us, offering us life in abundance. We humans narrow what is an open field of wonder and majesty to the myopic reality of our day-to-day experiences. But there is extraordinary in the ordinary. Every day and every breath is magic -- if we can only see it for what it is.
"Some days the awareness of the sanctity and sacredness of life brings me to my knees with gratitude. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the idea that the little girl from Mississippi who grew up holding her nose in an outhouse now flies on her own plane -- my own plane! -- to Africa to help girls who grew up like her. Amazing grace, how sweet the sound!

I approach this milestone, the landmark of 60, with humility, supreme thanksgiving, and joy. Knowing for sure grace has brought me safe thus far, and grace will lead me home.
