British-Nigerian actor, Chinwetel Ejiofor won Best Actor at the 2014 BAFTAs which held on Sunday, 16th February. And to celebrate him, the Enugu State Government took out a full page newspaper ad to congratulate Chiwetel Ejiofor. How cool is that plus is it a waste of state resources or just celebration our very own....
